Seven female boxers are taking part in the XIII International Silesian Women’s Open Championships

With two months to go before the 2018 Women’s World Championships, Team Canada will participate in the XIII Silesian Women’s Open Championships to fine-tune its preparation for the world stage. Indeed, the 13th edition of this international competition is taking place September 10 – 16 in Gliwice, Poland and regroups Elite and Youth women’s boxers from all over the world.

 

Here are the Canadian boxers partaking in the competition:

51 kg Sara Haghighat-Joo (Guelph, ON)

57 kg Sabrina Aubin (St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, QC)

60 kg Caroline Veyre (Montreal, QC)

69 kg Myriam Da Silva (Chambly, QC)

75 kg Natalie Fagan (Halifax, NS)

81 kg Marija Curran (Ottawa, ON)
