BIOGRAPHY

Audrey Bernier began boxing at the age of 14 after practicing taekwondo for 15 years. She needed a new challenge and boxing was very accessible. At first, she did not even want to spar but she quickly got addicted to it and had her first bout only three months after.
She always loved the science behind a fight and boxing is a sport in which you never stop learning. It is a limitless challenge where you continuously get better and become a better version of yourself.
Beside her career as an athlete, she started a certificate in criminology while working full-time and training. She had to stop boxing for a period of almost one year for a career change that brought her to Alberta. In the next 5 years, Audrey wishes to still be active in the sport. Being still able to box and compete would already be a big win for her!
