The Board of Directors is now searching for members to populate the Officials Committee!

 

The Officials Committee will be entrusted with several key functions that are essential for the growth and advancement of the sport:

1. Officials Development Pathway: The committee will establish and oversee a comprehensive pathway for officials’ development, ensuring that individuals have access to continuous learning and growth opportunities.
2. Officials Training, Evaluation, Certification: The committee will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring rigorous training programs that contribute to the consistent and high-quality training of officials. It will also oversee evaluation processes to ensure that officials are competent and qualified to officiate at various levels of competition.
3. Officials Selection Processes: The committee will work diligently to establish transparent and equitable processes for selecting officials for domestic and international competitions, adhering to international standards of excellence.
4. 4. Officials Support Programs: Recognizing the challenges faced by officials, the committee will institute support programs to provide ongoing assistance and resources to officials throughout their journey.
