Dear Boxing Canada Members,
We are pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Boxing Canada will be held on Saturday, December 6, 2025, at 12:00 PM (EST). This year’s AGM will be conducted virtually via Zoom to ensure broad participation from members across the country.

- Opening remarks by the President of Boxing Canada
- Approval of the minutes from the previous AGM
- Presentation and approval of the Annual Report (Executive Director)
- Presentation and approval of the Financial Statements
- Appointment of the Auditor for the upcoming fiscal year
- Elections for positions on the Boxing Canada Board of Directors
- New business and member comments
Registration and Attendance

Zoom meeting access details and voting instructions will be sent to all registered participants prior to the meeting.
To ensure a smooth experience, please verify that you have a reliable internet connection and an updated version of the Zoom application installed before the AGM.
Voting Eligibility
As per Boxing Canada’s By-laws, each Provincial and Territorial Sport Organization (PTSO) is entitled to have two designated representatives participate in the meeting. Only these representatives may speak and vote on behalf of their respective organizations.
