Eight Canadians to compete at the 2020 Bocskai Memorial Tournament in Hungary

After an intensive two-week training camp at the National Training Centre in Montreal, eight Canadians are getting ready to take part in the 64th edition of the Bocskai Memorial Tournament in Budapest, Hungary for the first competition in the 2020 calendar. Organized by the Hungarian Boxing Federation, the draw will be conducted on February 2nd and the competition is set to take place from February 3rd – 7th.
Here are the boxers who will be representing Canada:
52 kg Justin Parina
63 kg Luis Santana
75 kg Jaquan Carty
81 kg John-Michael Bianco
91 kg Bryan Colwell
91+ kg Christophe Bernier
51 kg Mandy Bujold
75 kg Melinda Watpool
The team will be accompanied by coaches Samir El Mais, Jill Perry and Sylvain Gagnon.
