HP Update Podcast… Updated!
Monthly High Performance Program Updates are now available in three formats:
- Video podcast: Watch and listen to the update presentation, and follow along with the presentation on your own computer to check out the linked files.
- Audio Podcast: Listen on your podcast player of choice. Just search for HP Update Boxing Canada.
- Interactive Meetings: Join the HP staff for Question and Answer sessions on Zoom. Fourth Thursday of each month @ 7pm ET, or Fourth Friday of each month @ noon ET. Presentations are available here.
